Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our client on a 6-month interim basis, starting in January 2026. This role is fully remote, with fortnightly, in-person meetings in Warrington, so you must be local or be able to reliablymute to this area as and when required.
This role is 3 days a week, days are flexible, but you MUST work on a Friday.

You’ll provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing and event planning.

Key responsibilities include:
4. Managing executive calendars andmunications
5. Coordinating domestic and international travel
6. Processing expenses and maintaining trackers
7. Planning and supporting corporate events and catering
8. Providing general administrative support and EA cover

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
9. Proven experience in an executive assistant role supporting at 'Head of' level or above.
10. Strong organisational andmunication skills
11. High level of discretion and professionalism
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/expense tools
13. Ability to work independently, managepeting priorities, and adapt to change
14. Event planning experience and familiarity with the IT/Broadband sector (desirable)
15. A driving licence (preferred due to occasional travel)
16. Immediate availability to start
