Salary to £45,000 Superb employee benefits £100 monthly employee allowance Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote) Free lunch every Wednesday Legal Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Supporting the interview process by screening CVs, scheduling interviews, arranging meeting rooms, greeting candidates and organising visitor passes Collecting and tracking interviewer feedback throughout the recruitment process Gathering pre-hire documentation, coordinating background checks and liaising with the HR team on assessments Preparing and analysing lateral recruitment data, legal market trends and recruitment-related tracking reports Processing, tracking and filing candidate submissions, invoices, vendor agreements and agency placement fees Posting lateral vacancies internally and externally, as required Maintaining recruitment spreadsheets and ensuring accurate candidate and recruitment data tracking Delivering a high standard of client service and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Providing ad hoc support to the Graduate Recruitment team, as required Legal Recruiting Coordinator Skills & Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential Excellent academics, Bachelor’s degree, or similar, is preferred Experience with recruiting systems and managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
