We have a professional but down to earth and hardworking environment, in which you will be the main point of contact for any customer queries, will work alongside the Sales teams to process orders and proactively coordinate shipment logistics to ensure smooth deliveries across the world. Key Responsibilities Sales order processing and data entry through our CRM system Maintain the highest levels of customer service through incoming and outgoing communication by phone, email and online messaging platforms Support our RMA and Logistics teams to ensure all aspects of customer service is delivered at the highest levels Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers and all internal departments to guarantee cross collaboration across the teams to the benefit of the customer Discuss and understand order requirements with both colleagues and customers to ensure we meet the client’s needs Liaise with couriers and all delivery enquiries working along-side our Logistics team Support the busy sales teams on the sales cycle constantly looking to refine and create more efficient processes to help support the business Verify the validity of customer information ensuring details are correct Customer feedback management, dealing with all negative feedback, customer resolution, communicating with eBay to escalate where necessary.
