Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Specialist, based in Oldham with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales accounts, communicating with clients, providing technical support, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include consulting with customers to understand their needs, recommending appropriate surge protection solutions, and actively contributing to revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and tracking sales activities effectively.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for working with diverse clients and fostering positive relationships.
* Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting customer queries effectively.
* Ability to manage accounts and organise customer information systematically.
* Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or related fields are a plus.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tracking tools.
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
