Colchester Institute is looking for an inspiring, knowledgeable, and motivated Lecturer in Procurement and Supply to teach, coach, mentor, and assess a dynamic caseload of apprentices and full-cost learners on the CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate and Level 4 Diploma programmes. About the Role: Delivering structured, interactive teaching sessions that bring procurement principles to life. Coaching and mentoring learners to reach their full potential in their studies and workplace roles. Assessing learners’ progress and providing constructive feedback in line with CIPS and apprenticeship standards. Supporting learners on both apprenticeship programmes and full-cost commercial courses. Essential Qualifications: CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply (or higher). Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) in procurement, supply chain, or education. Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4 or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience in a further education or professional training environment. Industry experience in procurement and supply chain roles, ideally across both public and private sectors Experience delivering CIPS qualifications or similar professional programmes.
