Job Title: M365/PowerApps Engineer
Location: Wakefield - Hybrid (Weekly travel to London)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing Microsoft 365 tenant to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Develop automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Produce detailed Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Provide end-user training and documentation on newly developed applications.
Support ongoing system improvements across SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online environments.
Microsoft Power/M365 Engineer Requirements
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
Strong technical skills in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
Working knowledge of Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams management.
Background in enterprise IT architecture, ideally within energy or manufacturing sectors.
Experience delivering ERP migrations or technology-driven change projects.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Degree-level education preferred.
