We are recruiting for a Customer Success Executive with previous client-focused and data insights experience.
This hybrid role involves 67% strategic insight delivery and 33% client relationship management, with a growth trajectory into a full-time Insights role over 1-2 years. You will translate data into actionable strategies and serve as a key client contact throughout your journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Insights & Consulting
* Data Analysis & Storytelling: Interpret survey data, identify themes, and present insights to enable leadership action.
* Executive Presentations: Deliver insights reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
* Engagement Strategy Development: Support clients in shaping engagement strategies based on maturity models.
* Survey Design & Question Development: Assist clients in creating meaningful survey questions aligned with goals.
* Client Roadmaps & Strategy Discussions: Contribute to annual engagement strategy discussions for long-term success.
* Benchmarking & Recommendations: Provide industry benchmark insights and strategic advice.
* Manager Activation Sessions: Facilitate workshops and coaching to help leaders act on insights.
* Content Creation: Develop articles, reports, and thought leadership on engagement trends.
* Public Speaking & Events: Represent at conferences, webinars, sharing insights and success stories.
* Client Retention & Upsell: Monitor account health, support renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a contact for clients, collaborating with CEO and teams.
Customer Success
* Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through onboarding and ensure smooth platform implementation.
* Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with HR leaders and stakeholders.
* Project Coordination: Manage survey and project lifecycles, coordinating timelines and resources.
* Platform Support & Enablement: Train users, support ongoing use, and promote platform adoption.
What the employer is looking for:
* 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
* University graduate (2:2 or above) in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with C-suite audiences
* Proven client relationship and project management experience in B2B
* Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, with multitasking ability
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
