Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Oracle R12
Job Description
Join a transformative project focused on migrating from a legacy Order to Cash platform to Oracle R12. You will play a critical role in refining over 500+ stories and partnering with business and product teams to document and redesign business processes.

* Order-to-cash based experience
* BA responsibilities - high importance on high amounts of user stories created
Responsibilities
* Document current business processes and design future processes in collaboration with business and product teams.
* Arrange and conduct workshops to gather business requirements.
* Translate business requirements into high-level user stories.
* Maintain stakeholder expectations and escalate issues to Project Managers when necessary.
* Consult senior stakeholders with effective communication and efficient project execution.
* Follow established business processes, protocols, and quality standards for the development and deployment of complex solutions.
* Perform analysis on existing systems to ensure efficient integration of current and future systems.
* Collaborate with hybrid global teams across development, technology, business, product, and customers to ensure requirements are met.
Essential Skills
* Expertise in Oracle R12's Order to Cash (O2C) process, including Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Distribution, and Inventory Management.
* Experience in Order to Cash implementation or migration programmes for Oracle R12.
* Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Broad understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, and tools.
* Experience in data migration from one platform to another.
* Ability to facilitate small to medium-sized workshops.
* Strong communication skills for effective dialogue at all organisation levels, including process documentation.
* Experience working in an agile environment with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
* Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, Slack, MS Office, and Teams.
* Experience using analytics data to build a research strategy and qualitative insights.
* Ability to break down large scopes into smaller deliverable items (epics to stories).
* Capability to work independently and challenge stakeholders when necessary.
