The Team
In this role, you’ll be working in a team that plays a key part in the profitable development of the business across the UK, as well as our wider Mid‑Market portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise to underwrite new business, support existing portfolios and build meaningful, long‑term relationships with our broker partners.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in the underwriting of new and existing business across commercial motor trade.
* Work closely with colleagues and brokers, helping to build and maintain trusted relationships.
* Contribute to the team’s commitment to exceeding internal and external service levels, focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role.
* Be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed.
Qualifications
* Experience in motor trade underwriting, working for an insurance and/or broker.
* Skills in trading, with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
* Collaborative approach and confidence to share ideas.
