This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the North West’s leading architectural practice who work alongside some of the biggest names within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their team in Stockport.
Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver on a range of education and residential projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance is achieved
* Prepare and submit planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop strong working relationships

Qualifications / Skills
* Degree within architectural technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Revit proficiency
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
