A client within the Public Sector based in Wrexham is currently recruiting for a Housing Repairs Manager to join their Housing & Assets team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing or property services environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to be responsible for the delivery of a range of services under the Property Service portfolio, including leading the day-to-day effectiveness of Housing Repairs, the DLO repairs operation and servicing/cyclical works. This includes continually improving efficiency, productivity and optimising resources to meet fluctuating service demands. The post will provide operational and strategic support to lead officers in managing housing operations, DLO management and external contracts, while also supporting wider strategic initiatives across the department.
