Were currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join one of their Londonclinics. This is primarily a clinic-based role with occasional local travel to nearby client sites.Role Overview:Youll work alongside a friendly, professional clinic team delivering a full range of occupational health services to a varied client base. Key responsibilities include:Case management assessments and management referralsHealth surveillance: spirometry, audiometry, HAVSVaccinations in line with the Green BookDrug and alcohol screeningDSE and workplace health assessmentsSupporting wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiativesAutonomous clinical decision-making and referralsManaging vaccines, drugs, and medical stock safelyMaintaining accurate clinical records and GDPR complianceCollaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staffParticipating in internal meetings and service improvement initiativesPerson Specification:Registered Nurse (NMC) with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational HealthMinimum 2 years Occupational Health experienceCompetent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinationsFull, clean UK driving licenceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyEvidence of continued professional developmentBenefits:£45,000 salaryCompany pension and life assuranceCycle-to-work scheme and discounted gym membershipFree eye tests and flu jab vouchersStaff referral scheme22 days annual leave plus bank holidaysThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative OH team and make a real impact on employee health and wellbeing.
