Paralegal – Property / Post-Completion
Location: Chester
Contract £25,500 – £28,500 DOE
A growing law firm is looking to recruit at least one, and potentially multiple, Paralegals to join its expanding property team based in Chester.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and developing department with a strong and scalable pipeline of work, offering genuine long-term progression opportunities as the team continues to grow.
The Role
The successful candidate will assist with a range of property-related matters, with a particular focus on assents, transfers, and post-completion work.
The firm is also open to candidates interested in a broader Conveyancing Assistant style role supporting fee earners within the residential property team.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and progressing assents and transfer documentation
* Assisting with post-completion matters
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third parties
* Managing files efficiently and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting conveyancers with residential property transactions
* Handling Land Registry applications and related documentation
* Providing high levels of client care and communication
Requirements
* Previous experience within residential conveyancing or property law preferred
* Experience handling assents and transfers advantageous
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and client-care abilities
* Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive and team-oriented approach
