The Opportunity
We do GOOD things with GREAT food. Are you ready to lead from the front in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a passionate Operations / Manufacturing Manager to drive performance, quality, and innovation at the heart of our production facility. You’ll be responsible for delivering our production plans safely, efficiently, and profitably all while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards. Reporting directly to the Site or Operations Director, you'll shape the strategy, inspire your teams, and make a measurable impact on our success.
* Own site-wide performance across safety, quality, production, and people
* Lead with integrity, supporting cross-functional teams and driving a People-first culture
* Champion health & safety and food safety compliance, embedding behavioural best practices
* Drive continuous improvement (CI) and operational excellence projects
* Coach and develop your teams, building strong succession and engagement
* Act as Site Director deputy, confidently leading during audits and stakeholder visits
The Ideal Candidate

* Proven leadership in food manufacturing or FMCG operations
* In-depth knowledge of HACCP, H&S legislation, SOPs, and Lean/CI methodology
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of cost control and efficiency gains
* A collaborative, adaptable approach with outstanding communication skills
* The ability to engage teams through change and drive performance culture
