We are assisting a well-regarded secondary school in the Chislehurst area in recruiting a driven and passionate Music Teacher who is dedicated to inspiring students through the power of music.
This role is ideal for an inspirational Music Teacher with excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for the arts. You will join a vibrant and enthusiastic department, collaborating closely with a talented and supportive team to deliver a rich and engaging music curriculum.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Well-organized and able to work effectively as part of a team.
2. Works well with staff and pupils.
3. Strong classroom management and keen to make a difference in the lives of young people.
4. Familiar with Music at KS5 and the GCSE specification at KS4.
5. Ready to work with young people both in lessons and as a tutor.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent and a relevant degree.
7. Experience: Proven experience teaching Music across secondary schools and further education.
8. Passion for education: A genuine passion for working with children and enjoying the school environment.
9. Professionalism: Punctual, trustworthy, able to work as part of a team, and develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff.
10. Commitment: Willingness to “go the extra mile” to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
