Business Development Executive
Location: Hybrid/Leeds
Salary: £26,000 + company bonus
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working closely with one of the leading suppliers of eLearning and online courses. Having been established for over 30 years they are an extremely well established business on the hunt for a tenacious Business Development Executive to join their team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone and a shared email inbox.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to sales opportunities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Working on an inbound and outbound basis, identifying potential leads from initial enquiry to prospecting and closing
* Identify immediate and future business opportunities early in the sales process to maximise potential revenue.
* Serving as a strong consultative seller, understanding individual pain points and offering demonstrations of product range, driving revenue and relationships
Skills & Requirements:
* A tenacious, empathetic individual who thrives on growing business relationships
* Experience identifying and prospecting to potential clients alongside being a strong rapport builder
* A history within a sales and target driven environment
* Experience dealing with public and private sector is desirable but not essential
* Travel to the office in Central Leeds twice per week is required
