Pay Rate: £110–£125 per day (depending on experience)

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, keeping pupils engaged and on task
* Deliver pre-prepared work and manage daily classroom routines
* Promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm, productive learning environment
* Support pupils with their tasks, answering questions and offering guidance
* Communicate effectively with staff and follow school policies
* Adapt quickly to different subjects, classes, and age groups

* Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)
* Confidence, reliability, and flexibility across different year groups
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* A calm, supportive approach to behaviour management

Requirements
Teaching Personnel will support you in obtaining:
* Education Workforce Council (EWC) Registration
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Two recent professional references
