In this high-impact role, you'll drive the category and pricing strategy for our international partnerships, with a focus on vitamin, herbal, and mineral supplements (VHMS) across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. You'll be responsible for range curation and sell-in pricing, ensuring our wholesale partners in Asia and beyond have the right products at the right price to succeed in their local markets. Reporting to the International Commercial Lead, you'll collaborate with a wide range of teams across the business, from Product Development and Group Commercial to International Supply Chain, Marketing, and our franchise partners around the world. The Role: Develop and deliver the international category strategy aligned to local market needs Analyse market trends, performance data and consumer insight to optimise assortments Partner with local markets and suppliers to tailor product ranges Identify and unlock growth opportunities across regions and formats Lead product onboarding, pricing and promotional planning internationally Collaborate cross-functionally with supply, brand, and regulatory teams Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly Influence the global product roadmap with international input The Person: Proven experience in category management (international ideally) or buying within FMCG or retail (health and wellness and lifestyle retail brands particularly advantageous) Strong understanding of international markets and commercial dynamics Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders Strategic thinker with hands-on executional ability Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment Passion for health, wellness, and customer-led innovation Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
