We're recruiting four Trainee Sales Professionals to join our growing Nottingham team. You don't need experience, just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a long-term career. Full training and mentoring provided.
The Role
Speaking to businesses and building relationships over the phone
Learning how to identify opportunities and win new clients
Using phone calls and social media to generate leads
Working closely with experienced mentors to develop your sales skillsHours & Pay
Flexible working hours: part-time or full-time (16-37 hours per week)
Starting salary: National Minimum Wage during training (12 weeks)
High commission structure after training with realistic OTE £60,000+ per year
Salary and package reviewed after the 12-week training period (based on performance)What We Offer
