Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our clients team at their Northwich depot. We have positions available for day shifts, night shifts, and tramper drivers. Key Responsibilities:
* Safely transport goods to various destinations nationwide.
* Secure loads using ratchet straps.
* Ensure compliance with all driving regulations and company policies.
* Conduct vehicle inspections and report any issues.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
Assignment Rates (inc of holiday pay):
* Weekdays - Days: £15.69ph
* Weekdays - Nights: £16.81ph
* Saturdays: £16.81ph
* Sundays: £18.77ph
* Bank Holidays: £18.77ph
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license.
* Minimum 12 months of HGV Class 1 driving experience.
* Comfortable and proficient in using ratchet straps.
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Strong understanding of road safety and traffic laws.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
