You’ll be graduating in 2026 or you may have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject You'll be looking to start work in April or September 2026 Have a passion for planning and consulting or sustainable engineering solutions An enthusiasm for creativity and drive to solve problems You’ll want to inspire us, sharing new ideas you have You will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with colleagues and adapting to dynamic project environments. Due to 2024 revised Government immigration salary thresholds, WSP are not able to sponsor any post study work or skilled worker visas for our early career programmes, as the Home Office’s eligibility criteria would not be met. This approach will remain under review in line with any UK Government immigrations policy changes.
