The Role
They are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join the team. Your primary role will be to promote and sell boiler and heating maintenance contracts and make follow-up calls to customers who have already received quotations from the team. Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote maintenance contract services.
* Follow up on quotations sent by surveyors and engineers to convert leads into sales.
* Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional, and persistent communication.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Handle customer objections and queries confidently and effectively.
* Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
What We're Looking For
* Previous telesales or customer service experience (ideally in a similar industry or B2C environment).
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: GBP 27,000.00 per year
