Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Team Manager to join our Black Library team where you’ll lead our Digital Team and oversee Black Library digital initiatives, including accessibility. This role will see you leading a team of talented Digital Book Designers and Audio Producers to deliver high-quality products, establishing essential relationships with internal and external teams to ensure tactical priorities are understood and strategic goals are delivered. You will be responsible for maintaining product quality, innovation, and compliance with digital product legislation, including accessibility regulations.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Digital Team and oversee Black Library digital initiatives.
* Ground the team in a culture of collaboration, mutual support, and continuous improvement.
* Set goals, conduct performance reviews, coaching, and development support.
* Establish essential relationships with internal and external teams.
* Ensure eBooks and audiobooks are delivered within budget, on time, and in full.
* Control ongoing quality, innovation, and product metadata.
* Research industry trends and technologies to grow sales.
* Advocate for refinements, improvements, and optimisations in metadata deployment.
