At our Vertu Nissan Tamowrth dealership, we are recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our team. We are offering a basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £65,000 plus a company car and company benefits.
Responsibilities
As a General Sales Manager you will:
* Lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team including Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues.
* Provide regular coaching, robust management and maintain constant customer interaction with a focus on first and second facing activity.
* Serve and support your team to sell new and used vehicles, with a range of add-on products including finance.
* Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
* Manage all sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for a talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. You should:
* Demonstrate the ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
* Have strong leadership and people management skills with a primary focus on leading your team to deliver business objectives.
* Demonstrate alignment with our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
