We are looking for a Laundry Assistant to ensure that every resident enjoys clean and well-maintained laundry, presented to the required standard. You will need to efficiently manage all laundry and maintain the laundry equipment. To ensure the laundry is identified for the correct loading of washer(s) and dryer(s). To have a knowledge of wash and drying programmed for differing fabrics and separate accordingly. To ensure there is a regular stock of detergent and fabric conditioner. To be responsible for the maintenance of the laundry equipment and the regular de-fluffing of the dryer(s), reporting any defects to the Manager or Housekeeper.
