* Previous experience required
* Confidence in working both as part of a kitchen team and independently
* Manage food ordering, preparation, and stock control
* Maintain health and hygiene regulations
* Work within a selection of menus and have the opportunity to serve your own dishes
* Part-time and full-time positions available
* Have Christmas Day off
* Shifts will vary and include weekends
* Food served will vary from breakfasts, lunches, to dinners
* Possible onsite accommodation available
