I am working with a client in the professional services space to recruit an IT administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to the overall success and growth of the business. This is a part-time, office-based position and is flexible around working hours in the context of 8am-6pm. Key responsibilities include: Providing general office support, including switchboard duties, filing, and other administrative tasks. Setting up and maintaining IT equipment such as laptops, printers, and phone systems for staff. Managing desktops, laptops, company mobile phones, and user accounts. Acting as the main point of contact with the external IT support provider, ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalating where necessary. Assisting with IT improvement projects, system upgrades, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards. Supporting IT performance and security in line with industry best practices and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials. Maintaining accurate records of hardware and software assets, ensuring all items are licenced and under support. This role will be 5 days working on-site in Saintfield.
