Here at Hill Group, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Talent Administrator
to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our internal Talent and Recruitment team in attracting, hiring and supporting the wider business.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team.
* Working with the business Talent Partners to manage and update employee onboarding.
* Keeping accurate records of recruitment activity and running analytics and data reports.
* Maintain and update HR company systems.
* Support in all Hill Group Early Careers onboarding and administrative duties.
* Create Hill branded content for internal and external sites and social media, using platforms such as Canva.
* Assisting with workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives and recruitment strategies.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role, within HR or recruitment.
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
* IT system experience across Canva, ATS systems and HR platforms is not essential but beneficial.
