Successful applicants will have a proven track record working across diverse client sites.</p><h3>Travel</h3><p>Travel required across the following locations in East Anglia:</p><ul><li>Ipswich</li><li>Felixstowe</li><li>Colchester</li><li>Sudbury</li><li>Hadleigh</li><li>Braintree</li><li>Harwich</li><li>Bishops Stortford</li><li>Newmarket</li><li>Stowmarket</li><li>Bury St Edmunds</li><li>Cambridge</li><li>Thetford</li><li>Diss</li><li>Lowestoft</li><li>Great Yarmouth</li><li>Norwich</li><li>Wymondham</li><li>Ely</li><li>Littleport</li><li>March</li><li>Chatteris</li><li>Swaffham</li><li>Dereham</li><li>Kings Lynn</li><li>Wisbech</li><li>Peterborough</li><li>Spalding</li><li>St Neots</li></ul><h3>Experience & Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited company</li><li>Must hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents)</li><li>Experience working across a diverse range of sites</li><li>Good industry technical knowledge</li><li>Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills</li><li>Able to manage own workload efficiently</li><li>Also interested in candidates with P401/P402/P403/P404 or S301 CCP</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform the full range of management, refurbishment and demolition surveys</li><li>Conduct re-inspection surveys after works are completed</li><li>Perform 4‑stage clearances</li><li>Complete background, leak, smoke, personal and re‑occupation air monitoring</li><li>Meet with clients to provide technical advice and answer queries</li><li>Produce site‑specific technical reports and schematic drawings</li><li>Deliver training for asbestos awareness</li><li>Travel in line with company needs</li><li>Wear correct PPE on site</li></ul><h3>Alternative Titles</h3><p>Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Consultant, Environmental Consultant.</p></div>
