Our CSS team helps customers accelerate innovation, improve U‑turn and security, and unlock the full value of Oracle Cloud Applications. We employ domain experts who guide customers toward their business goals and provide tailored support throughout the Oracle Cloud Applications journey.

We are expanding the CSS team in the UK to help manage, support and enhance our customers’ experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS. The team works primarily with UK Secure Government customers, but also serves UK Commercial customers when required.


Lifecycle Management Focus

As customers grow and mature, we act as an enabler to enhance product adoption and user experience. Our key differentiator is continual service improvement. You will assist customers in day‑to‑day queries, create extensions, enrichments, support their cloud journey, manage release activities, and help achieve key business process KPIs.


What You’ll Do

* As a Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Support Engineer for UK Government Clients, deliver post‑sales support and solutions while advocating for customer needs. Resolve technical and functional post‑sales issues directly with customers.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB and providing advice to internal Oracle employees on diverse situations and escalated issues.
* Offer strategic support to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, building and using automated technology to diagnose, document, and resolve or avoid customer issues. Provide on‑site visits as required.


Background You Should Have

* 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS HCM
* Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance, British Nationality required
* Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements
* Full understanding of UK HCM legislation
* Experience applying and testing Oracle Updates
* Strong experience in support, configuration and extension services activities
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
* Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs
* Demonstrated self‑initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised
* Hands‑on experience supporting, integrating and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
* Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications and understanding performance‑tuning techniques


Technology Stack

* Fusion SaaS (e.g., OIC, EPM, ERP, SCM, PPM, Payroll)


Responsibilities

In this role, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem‑solving/avoidance team and highly skilled in solving extremely complex, critical customer issues. You will work with very limited guidance from management, perform duties with a high level of autonomy, and report regularly on customer status and technical matters. You may be called upon to provide expert technical advice to customers and Oracle employees.
