A major global organisation is delivering a large‑scale technology transformation and is seeking a Governance & Reporting Analyst to support programme governance and ensure effective communication and documentation across multiple workstreams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience supporting project or programme delivery within a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support governance processes and reporting across a multi‑workstream transformation programme
* Coordinate key meetings, including preparing materials, setting agendas, capturing actions, and documenting decisions
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather updates, risks, and delivery metrics
* Produce clear, concise, senior‑level presentations and communications
* Maintain audit‑ready, consistent, and accurate programme documentation
* Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, including automation and AI‑based improvements
* Contribute to the development of best‑practice templates and documentation standards
Requirements
* 2–3 years’ experience in programme management, project management, PMO, product operations, or technology delivery support
* Strong organisation, prioritisation, and documentation skills
* Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
* Confident producing professional presentations and written materials
* Strong O365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Understanding of controls, compliance, and risk considerations in a regulated environment
