We’re working with a well-established digital agency that’s looking to bring in a Head of Organic Search to lead and evolve their SEO offering.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape organic search strategy, lead a team of SEO specialists and ensure delivery is operating at best-in-class standards. You’ll play a key role in driving organic performance for a range of clients while also helping to develop processes, frameworks and capabilities across the team.
You must be able to go into their office 3 days a week in Newcastle.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the delivery and quality of the Organic Search service line
* Developing enterprise-level SEO strategies across technical SEO, content and authority building
* Working closely with client-facing teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong results
* Collaborating with wider digital channels to integrate SEO into broader marketing strategies
* Supporting team development and building a high-performing SEO function
* Creating scalable processes that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
* Contributing to new business opportunities and organic search strategy in pitches
What we’re looking for:
* Strong background in technical SEO and organic search strategy
* Experience leading SEO teams or owning an Organic Search function
* Deep understanding of SEO tools, analytics and performance reporting
* Ability to balance strategic leadership with delivery oversight
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
