Sales and Customer Service Representative (Part Time)
Location: Corby
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum pro rata plus bonus
Ref: 8223CS
Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and support with sales and partnership development
The role:
* Act as the first point of contact for private customers, affiliates and wholesalers.
* Process orders through the system and communicate order status with customer.
* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to final delivery.
* Liaise with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure smooth operations and communicate lead times effectively.
* Generate and follow up on leads to expand and grow the partner network and affiliate program.
* Make proactive calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and identify areas for upselling.
Candidate's Profile
* Experience in a Sales and Customer Service role – Essential
* A strong interest in health and wellbeing – Essential
* Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) – Beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
* Motivated, Proactive and Dynamic personality
* IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office
