About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
2. Opening and closing the store in the absence of management, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
4. Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
5. Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge.
6. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
7. Providing ear piercing services (full training provided).
8. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications - External
About You
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* Understanding of customer service importance.
* Strong math skills and reading comprehension.
* Ability to stand during shifts.
* Physical ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and assist customers with merchandise placement.
* Ability to operate POS systems.
