Quality assurance engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance Assistant required for a global manufacturer based in Bradley Stoke Bristol.

The successful Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance Assistant will be responsible for carrying out quality assurance and quality control activities that ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

The Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance Assistant will have experience conducting both Internal and External Audits with a working knowledge of ISO9001.

This is an onsite role, the successful Quality Assurance Engineer needs to live within a commutable distance of Bristol.


Package:

* £30,000 - £40,000 Dependent on Experience
* 26 days holiday plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

* Prepare quality document packs
* Perform product and process inspections and document results
* Support quarantine control activities and customer return investigations
* Assist with preparation for internal and external audits
* Complete customer quality and compliance requests
* Perform quality checks of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
* Deliver quality onboarding workshops and support quality training activities


Requirements:

* Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Good working knowledge of ISO9001 and experience with ISO9001 processes
* Understanding of non-conformance management
* Knowledge of inspection methods
* Experience supporting internal and external audits
* Driving licence is required
* Commutable to Bristol
