At Targeted Provision, we are on a mission to enhance the educational experiences of children facing challenges such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD).

We are seeking dedicated SEN / SEND tutors who are enthusiastic about transforming the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners. If you have a genuine passion for education and a desire to support young people in their journey, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer Our SEN / SEND Tutors:

* Join our vibrant tutor community to share best practices, resources, and tips.
* Be part of a child-centered company committed to transforming support for vulnerable young people.

Your Role as a SEN / SEND Tutor:

* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.

* Deliver flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.

Your Responsibilities:

* Knowledge of safeguarding processes.
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed).
* Two professional references.
* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.

It is essential that you promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people while adhering to safeguarding policies at all times.

Employment Details:

* This position involves engaging with us as a Worker for short-term assignments as they arise.
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.
* No set amount of work or expenses coverage is offered.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring or teaching position.
