The ideal Secondary Teacher will:
* Deliver engaging cover or subject lessons across KS3–KS4
* Manage behaviour calmly and confidently
* Adapt quickly to different school environments
* Build strong working relationships with staff and students
* Bring a positive, proactive approach to learning
Secondary Teacher requirements:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexibility to support daily on-call bookings
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
