JOB PURPOSE
As Prada Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in warehouse management and in providing services to the store. You ensure proper handling of goods, compliance with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures for product care. You are accountable for achieving individual and team targets, acting proactively to ensure excellent service and meet customer needs both in store and online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure product care and protection according to company guidelines
* Manage goods receipt and storage daily, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas efficiently
* Prepare shop-to-shop and return transfers per guidelines and timelines
* Manage e-Commerce order flow (Prada.com and e-tailers), ensuring service levels
* Handle flow of damaged, not sellable, and repair products
* Organize packaging and stationery physically and digitally
* Manage display objects system
* Participate in uniform and gift flow management
* Ensure proper protection and packaging for in-store, transfer, and e-Commerce shipments
* Follow guidelines during theft incidents, including communication and documentation
* Assist in investigations of system issues
* Record product movement and documentation in the IT system
* Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting timing
* Support warehouse activities related to sales
* Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness
* Assist in optimizing warehouse space in collaboration with store management
* Support sales associates and collaborate with visual merchandising when needed
* Maintain relationships with suppliers
* Organize and update archives monthly
* Follow KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from management and headquarters
