Key responsibilities
* Social Media Management: Managing and maintaining social media accounts for several companies within the group, ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging content across all platforms.
* Platform Expertise: Creating and publishing content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Content Creation: Producing a wide range of content including photography, short-form video, and reels to drive engagement and brand awareness.
* Scheduling & Planning: Developing and maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts in advance, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns across all channels.
* Marketing Support: Assisting in marketing initiatives such as new venue openings, advertising campaigns, email marketing, and event promotions.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
* Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social (preferred but not essential).
* A strong creative flair and the ability to generate engaging content and compelling written copy.
* An interest in current digital marketing trends and the ability to incorporate them into our strategies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Valid drivers licence and own car for travel to meetings and site visits
* Must be able to work full time in our head office
* Previous experience in hospitality/tourism sector is valued but not essential
* Dynamic and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment.
