Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has significant experience working within a customer or patient focused environment to join our busy Application Support Team.
Responsibilities
A significant part of the role involves answering telephone calls from clinical staff and using the call logging system, while capturing and maintaining accurate and timely information.
Provide application support for patient‑based clinical systems.
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop packages.
Desirable: understanding of various patient‑based clinical systems.
Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and data confidentiality issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Professional manner at all times.
Advanced telephony and keyboard skills.
