In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of high-end aviation seating switches and lighting products for renowned airlines such as Qantas, Etihad, Emirates, and British Airways.
This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team of professionals, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role fully involved in the day-to-day operation within the warehouse ensuring all work is complete and planned. What you will do:
* To lead, guide, develop and motivate warehouse operatives in their day-to-day roles and to provide all basic training.
* Ensure correct prioritisation of workloads.
* Assign appropriate resources to facilitate the most cost effective and efficient operation.
* Compile and maintain all necessary records and reports, update daily KPI Board
* Monitor and review working practices to maximise performance and productivity.
* Ensure the security of stock and ensure stock management/planning in line with procedures.
* Ensure safe working practices are always followed in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and company policy.
Qualifications & Skills you must have:
* Previous Warehouse experience is essential
* Experience of setting and achieving KPI’s
* Experience of stock movement and cycle counts
* Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential.
Qualifications and experience we prefer:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role
* PC & Systems literate – good administrative skills
