What you'll be doing:
• Daily outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email)
• Opening doors and creating opportunities
• Booking meetings for senior team members
• Joining real client meetings from day one
• Building pipeline and following up leads
What success looks like:
• High activity every day
• 8–12 meetings booked per week
• Strong pipeline growth
• Fast progression into client-facing roles
Who we're looking for:
• 0–3 years experience (sales, retail, telesales, or similar)
• Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone
• Resilient and results-driven
• Not afraid of rejection you keep going
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Based in the UK
