Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist

At ClwydAlyn, we believe recruitment should be fair, inclusive and genuinely human. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist who can attract great talent, support our managers, and continuously improve how we hire.
This is more than filling vacancies, it’s about shaping the future of our organisation.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take the lead on attracting and engaging talent across a wide range of roles, while supporting managers to deliver a recruitment process that is consistent, inclusive and values-driven.
You’ll:
* Proactively source and attract talent using LinkedIn, networks and partnerships
* Build strong talent pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill roles
* Partner with managers to shape recruitment approaches beyond the job description
* Create engaging, inclusive job adverts that reflect who we are
* Support managers through the full recruitment journey
* Ensure a positive, fair and timely candidate experience
* Use data and insight to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
* Take ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Build external partnerships to strengthen talent attraction and community links
* Support internal candidates with career development and progression
