Role
Grange Property Management are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after our properties at White Horse Court in Storrington. With a ‘can do’ attitude you’ll prioritise and manage your own workload independently.
Responsibilities
* Support residents in maintaining their well-being and independence in a customer-facing role.
* Work lone from the scheme with support from the Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant.
* Organise and manage building maintenance, including repairs of communal areas and the structure of the property.
* Oversee contractors on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
* Act as the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries or property alterations and advise empathically, particularly with residents aged 60 plus.
* Demonstrate good IT literacy using applications such as Outlook and Word.
About the Scheme
White Horse Court consists of 28 one- and two-bedroom flats. There is a scheme managers office, and the communal areas include a resident's lounge and kitchenette, laundry and communal gardens.
