Senior Façade Designer
Clarke is a growing specialist construction business based in Ballymena, with a portfolio of work across the UK and Ireland. Our people are our priority, and we are proud of our team and achievements. Due to growth, we are expanding our design team and seeking a talented Senior Façade Designer.
The role involves driving creative, innovative façade design solutions, assisting with pre-construction proposals, building trust with clients, ensuring design quality and compliance with regulations, and leading project design efforts. The candidate will also review work, coordinate with various departments, and participate in site visits.
Key competencies include innovation, solution-focused problem solving, influencing skills, self-direction, and technical expertise. Requirements include a degree or HND in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in cladding and glazing design, proficiency in AutoCAD, and knowledge of various systems and materials. Preferred skills include experience with projects over £4m, BIM, and Autodesk software.
