Here at GXO, we have a fantastic opportunity to recruit for an Assistant General Manager to join our team in Swindon, supporting our two sites for our customer, Iceland. Reporting into the General Manager and taking full responsibility for leading all aspects of the warehousing logistics, you will ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations while delivering outstanding service levels, fostering a high performance and engaged team culture.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00. However, due to the seniority of the role we do ask for some flexibility.
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to£80,000.00 per annum, a company car or car allowance of £505.00 per calendar month, a 10% performance related bonus and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
