We are seeking aspiring Lecturer - Maths to join our team and take the next step into a fully qualified teaching career.

About the Role:
* Deliver and support engaging lessons in Maths
* Work with learners who require additional support to achieve GCSE qualifications
* Build students' confidence, skills, and readiness for future pathways
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with experienced FE lecturers and mentors
* Develop your teaching practice through a structured training programme
* Support learners' progression into employment, apprenticeships, or further study
Essential Experience:
* Experience supporting or leading classroom sessions (e.g. HLTA, Cover Supervisor, or similar)
* Confidence managing groups of learners in an educational setting
* A passion for supporting students to achieve their potential
Essential Qualifications:
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
* A relevant subject background in Maths (desirable but not essential depending on experience)
