If you’re ready to lead with heart and drive positive change across our homes, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nAs Regional Support Manager, you’ll work closely with the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they meet performance targets and operate efficiently. You’ll be a key player in driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nProviding focused support to key homes, ensuring compliance and high standards of care\n\nSupport Home Managers in achieving centres of excellence with CQC\n\nIdentifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions in collaboration with the Regional Director\n\nInterpreting performance data and quality indicators to inform strategic decisions\n\nABOUT YOU\n\nYou’ll embody our core values—caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable—in everything you do. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a clinical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.\n\nYou’ll need to have:\n\nA current NMC pin and Registered Nurse qualification\n\nAt least 3 years’ experience in a care home management role\n\n5 years’ experience working with elderly care clients\n\nProven ability to lead teams and support staff development\n\nNVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes\n\nWHY AVERY?\n\nAvery Healthcare is one of the UK’s leading providers of luxury elderly care.
