We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems/Project Manager to lead and execute various HR projects within the organisation, primarily the implementation of Softworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both human resources and project management.
This role requires excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills to successfully drive projects through to completion. Role Responsibilities
13. To lead the planning, execution and delivery of HR project Softworks, ensuring alignment with the organisational goals and objectives.
14. Collaborate with HR business partners, IT leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
15. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets and track progress against milestones to ensure timely completion.
16. Coordinate resources to support project activities.
17. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
18. Communicate project status, updates and key milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports and presentations where required.
19. Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts and dependencies in a proactive and timely manner.
20. Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to assess effectiveness, identify lessons learned and make recommendations for continuous development.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role you will either have a degree in HR, IT or significant related experience. Proven experience of implementing new systems for HR is essential. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. This role will suit someone who can work in a methodical manner, who is able to establish relations with internal stakeholders and external partners.
