As a Store Manager you will work in store and really drive the success of your store and inspire your teams with your love for great customer care. Your passion and strategy will help the business to grow and change for the better. Responsibilities
* Lead, challenge and inspire your team to deliver business growth by providing exceptional care to customers and patients.
* Lead the sales and performance of your store whilst keeping our customers close to heart.
* Be a passionate ambassador for our Boots brand, helping us work toward becoming the world's best pharmacy‑led health and beauty retailer.
* Own the shop floor, get to know our teams, sales and operations.
* Consider how to change for the better to set Boots apart from other retailers.

Qualifications
* Retail management and commercial experience, with strong customer service skills.
* Understanding of leading and delivering company strategy and implementing it in‑store to drive performance.
* Ability to work at pace and respond quickly to changing customer needs.
* Collaborative personality, able to thrive in a team‑centred approach.
* Passion for ongoing learning and development.
* Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
* Flexible to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including weekend shifts.
* Commitment to a permanent role with full‑time hours.
